Feels Like Winter

So the first frost has come and the mountains are very white very early.  Another work season has passed and in a couple weeks ski season is back on.  I spent my summer planting trees, fishing, working,  mountain biking, working,  adventuring, and mostly working.  Now the skis are ready, boots are fitted, and pass paid for.  Here are some of my favorite photos of the work season.   Now let it snow!

Fishing Season!

So ski season is coming to and end and the summer toys are coming out.  Yesterday Cody Haggard, Chris Turpin and I went for a fish on the cheakamus river.  The fishing was great but the catching not so good.  I recently purchased a camera so since the fishing was slow it gave me a chance to try it out.  No photos of fish but hey its not about the catching right?

here's a link to a few more photos.

Winter in April?

So it has been snowing almost none stop in Whistler with sunny patches popping out every day.  I finally took the helmet cam and got some shots in the alpine and in the slackcountry.  Here are a couple edits from April 15.  Doesnt look like spring to me.
